Cancel and refund policy

Aurothic Suites by Vexa IT are provided by VEXA Group of Companies LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as Vexa IT.

Cancel anytime

You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from your account or by emailing info@getvexa.co. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: we don't refund a partial month after it starts.
• Yearly plans: if you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly payment, email us and we'll refund it in full. After 7 days, we don't refund the unused part of the year.
• Billing mistakes: if we charged you twice or charged the wrong amount, we'll refund the mistake in full.
• Nothing here limits any refund rights you have under the law.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

Failed payments and chargebacks

If a payment fails or is disputed, we may pause paid features until it's resolved. Please email us first, and we'll usually be able to sort it out faster than a chargeback.
